Pool Service Department
Pool Repair Technician
Repair Technicians serve as customer-facing on-site service experts focused on troubleshooting pool equipment malfunctions and repairing or replacing damaged equipment as needed.
Pool Maintenance Department
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Weekly Pool Cleaner)
This is an exciting career position! Individuals have the opportunity to increase their compensation through a generous commission structure that rewards those who are able to clean more pools per day. We provide the truck, all cleaning tools, and, most importantly, the training. Apply with the career advancement goal of securing your own route of customers.
MISC. TECHNICIAN
Our technicians oversee regular filter cleanings, one-time cleanings, and vacation services.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
We are looking for someone to coordinate all inbound maintenance-related communications and scheduling at Spartan Pool and Patio.
ROUTE MANAGER
The Route Manager is responsible for leading a team of 3-5 route technicians and overseeing service for an average customer base of 200-350 pool accounts.
POOL MAINTENANCE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
The Maintenance Coordinator is integral in creating outstanding customer experience and maintaining a high retention rate of our recurring customer base while achieving the vision for rapid growth in the department.

Pool Construction Department
General Labor
Assist with the daily task on new pools and remodel projects. This includes some light carpentry, machinery operation, plumbing, delivery of materials, and use of power and hand tools.
Project Manager – New Pool Construction
Project Managers oversee the construction of pools from start to finish ensuring a smooth process for customers, personnel, and sub-contractors. Project Managers must be able to plan appropriately, communicate effectively, and delegate efficiently to meet timelines and budgets for each project.
