Pool Repair Technician

 Job Description:

Repair Technicians serve as customer-facing on-site service experts focused on troubleshooting pool equipment malfunctions and repairing or replacing damaged equipment as needed.

 Key responsibilities:

·        Assessing and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and control systems, as well as plumbing and electrical repairs

·        Quoting costs to customers for necessary repair or replacement of pool equipment

·        Utilizing hand and power tools effectively and safely

·        Communicating with customers through phone, text, and email to ensure excellent service

·        Collaborating with various departments to maintain a strong team dynamic while working independently in the field

·        Driving to and from pool sites

Qualifications:

·        Physical ability to lift 100 pounds.

·        A valid driver’s license: to drive to customer locations and operate warehouse machinery as needed.

·        Must be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the U.S.

·        A strong work ethic and a desire to excel.

·        The ability to learn and communicate effectively about our products, services, and core values.

·        Excellent organizational and communication skills to interact professionally with customers, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

We value attitude and work ethic above all else. While experience is a plus, we are willing to train individuals who are willing to learn. 

Work environment:

·        This position works outside in the elements primarily.

·        Repair Technicians must be prepared to work in multiple weather conditions, including extreme heat, freezing temperatures, etc.

Pay:

·        Hourly; based on experience

·        Transition to commission-based after the initial probationary period.

Schedule:

·        Full-time; Monday – Friday

·        Occasional weekends; limited to emergencies only
